My artifact from my past is a poster. The poster has two little school girls with their arms wrapped around each other. Those little girls remind me of my sister and I. My sister and I are very close and always have been. We have endless experiences together and she has taught me more than any class could. The arms wrapped around each other is symbolic of our constant support of each other. No matter what I do or what she does we always are supportive of each other and are there to give the other another point of view.

My artifact from the present is a picture of my big and I. I have decided to join a fraternity since being at school. It is a coed service fraternity. My big, Erin, is someone that I never thought I would meet. We have a lot in common and she supports me any way she can. She helps me with school and growing as a person here. She means the world to me even though we just met a little more than 2 months ago. We have had endless memories together and I can't wait to make many more.

My artifact for the future is a flashlight. This symbolizes that my future is bright. The on and off switch symbolizes the moments where I have trust in my future (when it is on) and the moments where I doubt my success (when it is turned off). Flashlights are important to me. I do not like the dark and it always provides light in the darkest of times.
